Es tracta d\u2019un proc\u00e9s de desgast professional molt com\u00fa a les organitzacions, en especial en aquelles activitats on es mant\u00e9 un contacte directe amb terceres persones.<\/p>\n<p>La necessitat de tractar la s\u00edndrome de Burnout ve lligada a la necessitat d\u2019estudiar els processos psicosocials de les organitzacions, aspecte que incideix directament en el clima laboral.
